Gray Healthcare will always strive to make sure all of your care and support from us exceeds your expectations. If you, or a relative or friend, believes we have fallen short of what you expect, we would appreciate the opportunity to correct the situation. Firstly contact your Community Support Manager. This is referred to as an “informal complaint”. You can register your complaint with your local NHS/Social Services authority. You also have the right to contact the Care Quality Commission at any stage of your complaint.
